A design tool for people who need to show an interface before it exists.
Why it exists
Anyone presenting an idea involving a conversation hits the same wall: you need a picture of a screen that has not happened yet. A designer pitching an onboarding flow, a writer storyboarding a scene, a teacher illustrating how a scam unfolds, a marketer previewing a campaign.
The usual options are bad. Staging a real conversation is slow and drags in a real person. Mocking one up in a design tool means rebuilding an entire interface from scratch, and it still looks slightly wrong. So we built the interfaces once, properly, and made every part of them editable.
How the mockups are made
Each interface is rebuilt as code from the real thing, not traced from a screenshot. That means the actual bubble radii, the real message type scale, correct read-receipt colours, the right status-bar metrics, and the wallpaper textures that make a thread recognisable at a glance. 36 interfaces are built to that standard, with the rest rendering in a neutral fallback style.
Editing and export rendering happen in your browser, and we never receive the images you export. A scene is sent to our servers only when you sign in and deliberately save it as a cloud project. The exact data flow is described in our Privacy Policy.
What it is not
This is a mockup tool, not a deception tool. It has no connection to any messaging or social platform and cannot read, send or alter a real message. Everything it produces is fabricated by the person using it.
Using it to impersonate someone, to pass a mockup off as genuine, or as evidence in any real process is prohibited — see Acceptable Use. We would rather have fewer users than be a tool for that.
Who makes it
SocialMock is built and maintained by ACKPlus Solutions. ACKPlus Solutions builds custom software and AI-powered web products. SocialMock is one of them, including every app skin in it. Every app skin here was rebuilt from the real interface in code rather than traced from a screenshot, which is the reason the details survive at export resolution.
The planned funding model is advertising on substantial editorial pages and, later, an optional paid tier. Ads are not placed in the studio, generator pages, templates or export flow.
