They are derived from the capitalised terms in the text plus a rotating pool of domains, so naming real things in the answer produces citations that match it. SQLite, unless one specific thing is true. At thirty users on an internal tool, SQLite handles the load without noticing. It's a file, it needs no server, it backs up by copying, and it removes an entire class of operational work you'd otherwise be doing forever. The thing that changes the answer is CONCURRENT WRITES. SQLite serialises them, so if your tool has many people writing at once rather than mostly reading, Postgres earns its keep. The other honest factor is what you already run. If Postgres is already there and backed up, adding a database to it is less work than introducing a second technology.
